Shipping

Registered Mail (Local) - S$3.50 ( strongly recommended)
Normal Mail - FREE ($1.50 when there's more than 1 item)

Estimated delivery

• Processing: 1 to 2 working days
• Singpost: 1 to 3 working days

     *Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery time as Singpost's actual shipping time may vary.

Shipping Policy

We are NOT liable for lost/damaged mail during delivery. Therefore, we highly recommend registered mail for all purchases.

Delivery Time

We use Singpost normal & Singpost registered mail. Thus we are unable to guarantee how long Singpost will take to deliver, or specify the time of delivery.

Exchanges/Refunds

Strictly NO exchanges or refunds are allowed. Please check your sizes before ordering. Please clarify any doubts you have on the item before ordering.

Dead buyer Policy

Please only submit orders if you are confirmed on making the purchase. Customers who do not make payment after submitting an order will not be able to reserve any items in the future. For their future orders, full payment will need to be make beforehand, before an order can be placed and they are invoiced.
